Powder blends and gummies
For powder blends, the MOQ is 200kgs of powder blend or 1000 units of finished product, whichever is higher.
For gummies, the MOQ is 60,000 gummies for my ready formulations.
For custom formulations, the MOQ is 150,000 gummies.
We can provide a cost estimate/quote only after confirmation of formulation, packaging, and quantity.
For powder blends- Jars (tubs), standup pouches (doypacks), single serve sachets.
For gummies- Jars, pouches (doypacks), individual gummy wrappers (pillow packs).
For custom printed pouches and sachets in your brand, the MOQ is 25,000 units per design/SKU.
We use industry standard jars. Sizes can be shared once the formulation and pack size is confirmed.
Label templates will be shared on confirmation of order.
Yes, we have a team of in-house designers who can help adapt your brand designs to the label.
For domestic orders we provide complete support with regulatory (FSSAI) compliance.
For export orders, the client needs to confirm with local authorities. If any specific documents are required, these need to be requested in advance with order confirmation.
For New Product Development, 100% advance with PO.
For commercial production order, 50% advance with PO and balance 50% before dispatch.
Domestic orders- Transport from factory to client’s warehouse, including loading/unloading charges.
Export orders- Transport (including loading/unloading) from factory to port, shipping, freight, duties and taxes are not included.
For New Product Development, estimated lead time is 4-6 weeks depending on approvals and resource availability.
For commercial production orders, estimated lead time is 4 weeks after PO and packaging approvals.

Yes, the NPD samples and final production units can be sent to a 3rd party testing laboratory of your choice, subject to additional charges.
Standard shelf life of our gummies and powder blends is 18 months.

Yes, we do. We have a standardised R&D process for New Product Development that includes formulation support, sampling and commercial costing. The entire process is protected with an NDA.
Yes, we do. Samples of our ready formulations are subject to availability. For your custom formulations we have a standardised R&D/NPD process that includes formulation support, sampling and commercial costing. The entire process is protected with an NDA.
For custom formulation development through our NPD process we offer complete IP protection through an NDA and formulation exclusivity. Our ready formulations are offered for white label to all clients hence not IP protected.
Yes, we have a standard NDA for private label.
Yes, our manufacturing units can handle over 2000kgs of powder premixes and 1,000,000 gummies per order conveniently. Monthly capacity is higher.

We can match any flavour that you decide.
In powder blends we can accommodate flavour changes easily. In gummies, flavour changes will be treated as custom formulations with a higher MOQ of 150,000.
We can offer custom packaging options sourced from 3rd party vendors based on your preference. As this is not a standard offering we can only share details on a case to case basis.
Yes, we can. We have done this for various clients. The custom mould stays in our possession (for production) but the ownership remains yours. It is only used for your orders to prolong its life.
The cost for custom moulds is ₹4,00,000 or USD 4,000.
Our standard gummies are bear shaped and 3g in weight.
We accept bank transfers and Paypal. Please confirm with us if any additional platform charges are applicable for PayPal payments.
Yes, you can. We will need the purchase cost, CoA and other relevant information to arrive at final costing and for quality assurance. Please note:
1) we are not responsible/liable for any quality issues occurring due to any materials supplied by you.
2) We do not accept job work orders; supply of raw materials or packing materials can only be for part of materials used.
Yes, we do. We have a network of suppliers from whom we can source materials. If a specific ingredient cannot be sourced due to availability or MOQ issues, then we request your support to source it OR we can suggest an alternative ingredient in the formulation.
