What is White Curcumin?
White curcumin also known as Tetrahydrocurcumin is obtained from the plants of the Curcuma Longa species. It is a derivative of curcumin, the principal curcuminoid of turmeric.
Turmeric gets is yellow colour from curcumim. Curcumin is popular owing to its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and potential anti-cancer properties.
